Davidson Walk is managed by Cusick Community Management. Call (704) 544-7779 to make sure your account is set up in your name, then register for the homeowner portal to pay online.

Governing documents, budgets, the homeowner FAQ, and community news live in the homeowner area of this site. Email davidsonwalkhoa@gmail.com and the board will send you your access code.

Once you are signed in, add your email on the News & Events page so you get meeting notices and community announcements from the board.
Learn the basics
Trash goes out Monday morning, recycling every other Monday, and bins come in by the end of the day. Anything you change outside your home needs written approval first.
How Davidson Walk Is Organized
Davidson Walk has three associations, and which ones apply to you depends on the home you bought.
The Master Association covers the whole development and bills every homeowner directly each month for shared areas and services. The Townhome Association covers the 50 townhomes, and the Condominium Association covers the quadplexes on Beaty Street. Your parcel association handles your dues, exterior maintenance, and architectural approvals.
The Homeowner FAQ walks through all of it in plain English, including who repairs what, how assessments work, and what insurance you should carry as an owner.
You are not alone, and there is no such thing as a dumb question. The Homeowner FAQ was written for exactly this moment, and the board is happy to help. Just ask.
A Few Things That Surprise New Owners
- Get written approval before any exterior change, including storm doors, paint, patios, and landscaping. Approval first protects you when you sell.
- The association insures the building structures, but you still need your own policy for belongings, liability, and your interior. An HO-6 policy is what most owners carry.
- Leases must run at least six months. Short term rentals are not permitted.
- Park in your garage and driveway first. Boats, trailers, campers, and commercial vehicles cannot be kept outside overnight.
- Window treatments must appear white or off white from the street.
