Davidson Walk is a community of 50 townhomes in the heart of Davidson, North Carolina. Built by Hopper Communities, the neighborhood sits at the corner of Beaty Street and Armour Street, a short walk from Davidson College, the shops and restaurants of Main Street, and the greenway trails around Lake Davidson.
Davidson Walk is home to three associations working together: the Master Association for the whole community, the Townhome Association, and the condominium association for the quadplexes on Beaty Street. Together they maintain the common areas and exteriors, manage the budgets, and keep Davidson Walk a place neighbors are proud to call home.
