Davidson Walk is a community of 50 townhomes in the heart of Davidson, North Carolina. Built by Hopper Communities, the neighborhood sits at the corner of Beaty Street and Armour Street, a short walk from Davidson College, the shops and restaurants of Main Street, and the greenway trails around Lake Davidson.
The Davidson Walk Homeowners Association maintains the community's common areas and exteriors, manages the association budget, and works to keep Davidson Walk a place neighbors are proud to call home.

Annual meeting date to be announced
The annual meeting of the Davidson Walk Homeowners Association will be announced here and by email once scheduled. All owners are encouraged to attend, hear the budget review, and vote on association business.
